Subject: Request for sponsorship of a private member's
bill to help Canadian citizens go fight against ISIS

Good day Mr. Blanchette,

As a federal Member of Parliament, you can sponsor what is
called a private member's bill. As a citizen of the world, you're
certainly appalled by the atrocities committed by the Islamic
State in the Middle East. Finally, you are certainly aware that
the Canadian Army isn't doing much to help Christians who are
being massacred by the Islamic State.

Here is therefore my question: would you agree to sponsor a
bill which would help Canadian citizens go fight against the
Islamic State? The rationale and rough contents of such a
bill are described here:

	Onward Canadian Soldiers! Marching As To War!

I would like to meet you in person to record your exhaustive
answer to this question, with a film crew to put your
answer on YouTube. Indeed, it's a question of public interest
(actually, of world interest), so your answer deserves to be
disseminated as much as possible, especially since elections
are looming.

Of course, you could refuse such a meeting, in which case I
might distribute in your electoral riding a flyer called "Why
is Denis Blanchette playing hard to get?» (See draft of that
flyer here below.)
